Assisted customers with any of their technology needs.

Worked as a "technical service representative" as a service writer for the company's computer repair department. Carefully documented issues a client would experience with their products such as their computer, laptop, PDA or mobile phone and provide a concise detail report that would be turned over to a technician to begin repair work.

In addition to the documentation work as a service writer I also assisted in a dual role as a sales associate representative. Provided recommendations to customers who were interested in upgrading their computers (ex. motherboards, processors, memory, network adapter cards, etc.). On some occasions I would be asked to help with minor upgrade installs during promotional periods when needed.

Often training was provided by the company to keep sales staff up-to-date on all the latest trends.
